Roles available

Our roles are split into two. That means you can either choose to be part of the actual management team at Legal Diversity or you can become one of our content writers.

Management Team

We don’t have any voluntary vacancies in the management team, but keep an eye out on our website and social media pages, as we’re growing quite fast.

Content Writer

Accepting applications.

Our writers are the backbone of what we do. As a content writer, you have a voice. You can choose the topic or we can allocate one to you – you then write in the style of your choice.

You might think the legal industry is doing well in terms of diversity and inclusion. Or you might think there’s still room for improvement. You can even give an insight into your personal life as somebody who is diverse. We care and we want to read it all.  You can surround your article with stats and figures taken from credible sources, if you want. Or can talk about the policies of the SRA and the BSB. This will help you develop the research skills necessary in any career you pursue.

We give you a deadline for your draft. Our senior editor will proof-read your work and discuss it with you before publishing. Apply at any time

Whichever role you choose, we promise to support you throughout. Whether you’re an experienced writer or just starting out in the team, you’ll receive the help you need in order to help you perform your role well.

How to apply

To apply for a role, send us an email at info@legaldiversity.org, stating the role of your choice in the subject line.

For example, if you’re applying to become a content writer, the subject line of the email should be Applying for Content Writer.

Please address your email to Iqra. In the body of the email, give us a quick intro about you and briefly tell us why you want to work with Legal Diversity. We’ll get back to you fast.
